Diego Cobian (b. 1997) is a Mexican classical-contemporary composer. His eclectic work brings the arresting spirit of contemporary culture together with the artistry and sophistication of the classical music tradition.

Main stylistic influences include postmodern, neo-romantic and minimalism. Apart from writing music for the concert hall, his works have given a voice to different social projects, such as the Carlos Slim Foundation in 2019, and the Club Tocqueville of Barcelona in 2020.

He has also developed a special interest for sacred music and its role in contemporary culture as an agent of spirituality. His most recent endeavors in this field are The Ave Maria Project (2020) and his large-scale musical setting of the Stabat Mater (2020).
